  Placed our order at 6:02pm, said it would be ready by 6:09… Got there about 6:15 and put in our stall number…..WAITED 45 MINUTES AND STILL NO FOOD. So drove around to the speaker and waited another 10 minutes…. Guy said he would have it out to us as soon as he could. Got to the window and turns out our food WAS ALREADY READY!!!! The food was maybe barely even warm at best…. No protectiveness from the manager, no help or anything, just “get it to you as soon as we can” even after 55 minute wait.

  I get that around 5:30-6:30 a lot of people order, but we placed an order at 6:02, still waiting for it at 6:49 and I’m not the only person waiting this long for their food

  The food at Sonic is great—no complaints there! But the service is slower than molasses in January. 😂 If you’re hungry, bring a snack to eat while you wait for your food to arrive!

  I ordered DoorDash from here this morning. I had 4 dashers attempt to pick it up with the last one telling me they said “we don’t have any orders right now” slammed the window in her face and left her sitting there. This is insane and ridiculous, I spent over 50$ there this morning for nothing. Will not be back. Don’t recommend. This was rude and unprofessional and WRONG.

  They are either understaffed or just don't care.. my opinion is probably both If you're not in the mood to do buisness then why are you open? The food is what you expect but just takes so long it's not even with it which is crazy for a drive in only place. The servers also are super lazy and don't care either. Id prefer to see an empty lot than this excuse for a sonic. Take my one star
