  They tell you when you're carry out will be ready, and I've never had to wait. They are always on time.

  Great pizza buffet! They ask you what you want on the buffet when you come in. Drink is included in the buffet price. Very atte time staff. Drink is always full, you don't have to wait with an empty glass. The pizza is hot and made well. Good toppings on all the pizzas. It's really the best value for lunch. You'd spend just as much at a fast food restaurant. This about the same price for all-you-can-eat.

  Horrible. I stopped in today to get an order of breadsticks to take with me. I stood there forever. That wasn’t the worse part. The person that took care of my order was all over the place. In the back rooms, with the food, checking the buffet and he never washed his hands. He wore the same greasy gloves no matter what he was doing. I watched a different employee stick his finger into the melted cheese if someone else’s pizza and the person who helped me with my order, has not written down his face. I also saw an adult bitten off finger nail sitting on the hosts podium. When my drink was handed to me, there was oil everywhere. When my very hot bread sticks were packed up, they were placed in a bag instead of a box. The bag was covered in greasy glove prints, and worse than that when the bag was handed to me, I dropped it in the parking lot, cause it was too hot to carry. It actually burned my hand pretty bad. I walked out of Pizza Hut without my drink, and without my breadsticks that I paid for. I was disgusted by the time I walked out of that place. Update - Pretty soon after I posted this review, Pizza Hut replied to my review (as you can see). They asked me to email them certain info. I did exactly what they asked and provided the info they said they would like me to share and I haven't heard a single word. They read my email. They just didn't care to reply to it. I suspect they stay on top of the reviews so it looks to consumers that they care that I paid Pizza Hut yet got in my car and drove away without a single item that I paid for. They don't care at all about making this right. I just want everyone to know to not waste your time emailing them. They don't intend to respond to you.
