They were also out of sour cream and kids meal boxes. We paid for and all was. But then there was a BUG/ROACH on the floor!? Luckily the guy behind the counter came in squished it for us, but did not sweep it up! We come here all the time and it's usually not this bad, but today was just not good. The food was decent though.

Sorry I dont buy a burrito to eat mouthfuls of cheese and guacamole. So worthless they can't even make a burrito worth eating. We are so doomed with people like this in the workforce.

And a steak salad. For the bowl, we got the new Baja chicken on white rice, no salsa, no beans, no fajita veggies, corn salsa, no lettuce and some cheese. To add to it, there was cilantro cream sauce and brownish guacamole on top. For the salad, literally lettuce, steak and cheese. No dressing. No salsa as requested. So the recap is they got the lettuce, steak and cheese correct. No salsa, no sour cream, no fajita veggies. So to recap, they got the cheese part correct. Couldn’t eat the bowl due to a mild avocado allergy. Tried to call… the phone states that they “were not answering the phone at this time”. If I didn’t live so far out, they would’ve gotten a return customer-in the sense that they would’ve replaced the order with a correct order. Reading the other reviews, I am not alone in my experience.
