Arrived orderd 2 bowls, chips and queso and a soda, forgot my queso after charging me 5 dollars for it. Got home and relized drove another 20 mins to get my cheese got given the tiniest cup of queso let them know my food was already cold and almost inedible. All I got was a cheese cup . Will not be going to any Chipotle after this experience. Also employers was outside sitting with his shoes off and smoking a cig and a dab cart ever sad service. Visit was sept 5th 6.56pm

- MPMallory PowellAug 13, 20261.0Everytime I have come in here the place is trashed, the serving station is disgusting, kitchen a disaster, food all over the floor in kitchen and lobby, trash everywhere, floor sticky, and the workers aren’t great either. This last time we tried to go in they were out of half the salad toppings and wouldn’t not include anything extra for the lack of other toppings they didn’t have. Worker was not very apologetic or willing to comp anything due to food they didn’t have available. We also witnessed a worker making a salad and a fly landed in it and then he topped more food on top of it and still packed it up. Don’t waste your time here, the place is gross.

Taking orders is like trying to talk to a preschooler. The wait time is unbelievable. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. It is trash. Everything is a terrible experience. Also not sanitary - watched staff wipe food and crumbs from the counter into the refrigerator area where food is kept. Unbelievably incompetent. Will never go back.

Management is negligent, stands around, and thinks it’s funny to be a smart ass to the decent staff, in all the SUCK. I would steer clear from going in there anytime after 7
