  The vibe of the store was mad chill for real. Very generous portions on the food and fresh as usual. But the best part is the customer service from Jamie, super kind and light hearted with a good positive attitude!!

  Wilted greens, meat that had long outlived its useful life, inattentive staff that couldn't follow simple directions. I know this place just opened but maybe they should consider closing the doors already.

  Great food .I got the half honey chicken. Alittle skimpy .then I got spicy lamb meet balls .they gave me 2 little nuggets. I was like omg remind me to not get that again

  I had a bowl with chicken and rice It was tasty, I would order it again. The one thing I didn't like was the portion size they are skimpy, shrinkflation happily right in front of your face, I asked for a little more white rice and the manager with the tattoos didn't appreciate that to much, I got the look of death, how dare I ask for a little more rice, it was very uncomfortable, but the employees were very polite the restaurant was very clean, but it did just open a few days ago, so lets pray that the tatoo lady does a good job. The drink selection was fantastic Plenty of seating and a plenty of seating outside as well, The restrooms were clean Here is the best part, I saved it for last Are you guys ready???? When your paying at the cashier, they dont turn the machine around and say, its going to ask you a question.. They do not ask for TIPS YEYYY...

  Freezing cold inside. Way too loud! I could not hear what they were asking me, and I could not hear my wife beside me, because the music was blasting so loud. That, along with there being over 20 employees standing around talking. Food was not good. I've been to the Cavas in West Knoxville plenty of times, and they always give much better portions. I only had five little chunks of chicken, and three of them were rock hard fat or tendons. They were gross and not edible. I asked for my sauces in a container, and both of my sauces did not even feel half of the tiny containers. I asked for feta cheese and received only three crumbles. And they were not big crumbles! This could have been because of most of the workers being under 25 years old, and the only ones that were actually serving look like they were still in high school. I may give it another try in the next few weeks, but this does not compare to any Cava I've ever been to. Every Cava, except for this location, has great service, portions, and food.
