  Me and my friend went to sonic today and this boy named jacee “don’t know how to spell it” he was very rude and this is not the first time I’ve had an encounter where he was like this. He doesn’t speak or say anything and my friend who was ordering food this time asked him if he could get a fork because they forgot to put one in the bag and he huffed and puffed and rolled his eyes didn’t say nothing and went in and got a fork my friend said thank you and he just walked off.

  Paid for my food, they told me it didn’t go through & made me pay for it AGAIN, even though I showed them it had taken out of my account. So I paid double for my food because of their technical issues. I never have a good experience at this location & wont be coming back.
