  Through the app ordered food. Went to pick up. Waited over 20 minutes past pick up time. One of the workers I could see her talking on her cell. When my food finally arrived I asked why the delay. Reply, "we only have 3 people!" Well that would only be 2. One is handling personal business. Another reply "she's the manager!" I wish I had a manager who didn't care. Oh I forgot am not from bottom feeder America USA! IT USE TO BE A RARE THING THAT A RESTRAUNT SERVICE SUCKED. BUT THAT SEEMS TO BE THE NORM HERE IN HARDIN COUNTY TN!!

  My slushie wasn't mixed at all and the pickles wasn't even on my smasher. They was just thrown beside the sandwich.

  They are supposed close at 10:00, I got there at 9:20 and was told they were cleaning the grill and the cook wasn't going to cook anything and wouldn't make my food that I already paid for. She refused to refund my money or make my food or drinks after she said she would make the drinks
