  I was very disappointed with my experience at this location. During a simple order request, the employee working the intercom was unnecessarily rude and argumentative regarding substitutions. I explained that I had ordered the same modification at this location on previous visits and understood there may be an additional charge, but the request was dismissed without professionalism. Unfortunately, the order was still incorrect when received. I was also disappointed that the manager did not step in to address the situation or the employee’s attitude. A more professional and customer-focused response would have greatly improved the experience. This was the most negative experience I have had at this location, and I hope customer service and communication are improved moving forward.

  Genuinely terrible I have never had an experience this bad at any other fast food establishment.I just wanted to get some dinner after work.And it took them fifteen to twenty minutes to make 4-5 things very simple things.And it took them fifteen to twenty minutes.Meanwhile, people were going in and out the drive through someone that came in after me got their food before me.They have no sense of urgency.They take forever just to make some burritos

  I only go by this place about twice a year . The food is good. But these people have no people skills. When you pull up to the window they don't talk . they take your card and shut the window. Then they hand you the food t I you and quickly shut the window and walk to the back. (Every time) . thats why I don't eat here more often.
