  Food was pretty decent. The cashier had a terrible attitude. Almost like she didn’t even want to be there. She didn’t want me there either.

  A group of coworkers and I ordered pizza for delivery. Ordered extra little cup pepperoni on a personal pizza. If that’s extra, that’s ridiculous. Better to eat the sandwich I brought with me instead of spending my money on that. And it won’t let me upload a picture which of course I did take.

  Today, April 20 at 3 o’clock to 315 I was going to pick up an order that DoorDash has given me when I got there. The order was a cash on delivery order means that I pick up the food from Pizza Hut. Deliver it to the customer and the customer pays me the cash. I explained that to the person that was working there and let them know that DoorDash pays Pizza Hut. The customer pays me then DoorDash takes the money that the food cost from me out of my pay. I was explaining that to that gentleman he then went to call another person on the phone. I talked to him and was explaining that as well to him neither one of them has listened to me. I have been doing this for over eight years. I told them that they were not supposed to collect any money from anybody that DoorDash would pay them. He told me that I didn’t know what I was talking about. Told me to get out of the store I was in the process of picking up an order and doing my job that I’ve been doing for over eight years. He was yelling at me cussing at me, threatening to call the cops all because I was standing there trying to pick up an order and explaining to him that he was not supposed to collect any money from anybody. This guy is very, very high strong very disrespectful very ugly to me and so was the guy that I was speaking to that he told me to talk with on the phone, Pizza Hut was not supposed to collect any money from anyone. I got on the phone with my supervisor on DoorDash and they said the same exact thing I tried to let them talk to the supervisor on DoorDash, but they did not want to talk to anybody? They concluded that they were right when and actually they were wrong. I was very disrespected because I have never had any pizza place act this way at all over them being wrong again DoorDash would pay Pizza Hut. The customer pays me. It is a cash on delivery. Pizza Hut was not supposed to collect any money from the customer at all please make your employee understand the process. It has to be instead of acting like an idiot, yelling, cussing, and screaming in the store at A DoorDash driver I would like to be contacted and both of your employees apologize to me for the way they acted and I would like for Pizza Hut to explain the process of cash flow to them so this never happens again again DoorDash would pay Pizza Hut. The customer pays the Dasher and DoorDash takes the money out of the Dasher account for the order that they delivered. That is a cash on delivery order again I was disrespected, highly upset at the way that Pizza Hut employees were acting. This should never happen. They should learn how to control their temper when they are wrong. again, this is my job. I do this for a living and they took time away from me and they took money out of my pocket that I was gonna make for this order. This was a catering order for me so therefore, they took a lot of money out of my pocket today, I’m highly disrespected and disappointed in Pizza Hut‘s employee

  My wife was door dashing went to pizza hut picked up an order was tipped with a Old $20 bill. Went back to get a pizza for dinner and was told that she couldn't pay with the old bill because it didn't have the 2nd face in the bill. Didn't try to check the bill with a counterfeit pen or inspect the bill at all. First of all old bills don't have a 2nd face or strip In The bill. My thing is if my wife door dashes for this Pizza Hut on the regular why in God's name would she walk in with a fake bill to buy a pizza? 4/8/2026 Reply to Response: I hope That you do take this matter seriously Because Dustin Noticed My Wife coming in to pick up a door dash and The Young lady told My wife 7 minutes on the order. Once Dustin noticed it was my wife told her the order would take up to 20 mins. And I was asked by my wife to ride with her tonight just in case she had a Pizza Hut dash, in case of incident.... low and behold. I don't know what the next move is but if your employees are Targeting customers/Dashers (Women) for retaliation for God knows what reasons, (God forbid it's what I think it is) that's more than a problem.
