  This location is really going downhill, you can't even get them to answer the phone now, someone keeps picking up the phone and putting it on mute it seems like and now they keep picking up the phone and putting it back on hold. Whoever you have managing this store needs to be fired

  Our pizza box had a bug in it, so I took it back and all the boxes had bugs in them!!!!

  Marissa is ANAZING. I came into the store late to pick up my order and she met me with patience and kindness and she even remade my pizza because i made a mistake on my online after i accidentally removed the sauce! She is perfection and deserves a raise!!!! I luv her ! I only want my pizzas made by her!

  The location no longer offers the mix and match deal so the price of my order has literally doubled we have lived in York for about 3 years now and o my order from dominos because I think their pizza is the best but might be changing because it shouldn’t be 40+ for 2 mediums and a wing. Also it’s miss the garlic seasoning so on the bread 75% of the time which is the best part, food shouldn’t taste different depending on who’s working.

  Ordered from this location numerous time ;last night was one of the most bad experiences I ever had dealing with customer service and unacceptable behavior. Son and I ordered cinnamon bread for pickup and drive thru. Arrived at the window we saw 2 employees horse playing so doing their job and having fun. No problem I’ll continue to wait and pray my order comes soon. Not at all the two employees I saw looked my way but ignored me and my family in drive thru. I said maybe the drive thru not working so we blew the horn they both continued to play and laugh so loud i could hear them. I walked in and they both continued to be busy playing so I asked for my ordered and their names and the guy told me his name was Ronnie and I said so what’s his name the other employee he got silent and said he don’t know it’s his first day. And they laughed in my face. As the manager walked up i didn’t get his name ( but will find out) So i explained to him what has been going on he just looked at me like I was stupid with a smirk on his face. I just walked away. My bread had so much cinnamon on it it wasn’t edible at all. Call and complain to the York store in get laughed at no thank you. So I guess it’s best for me to reach out to corporate and see how we can fixed this. I’m hoping the store manager will reach out to me not the manager that was working last night on March 29 between 8:30 pm - 9:00 pm.
