  Fries were old and cold and floppy were not cooked to crispy perfection, my kid asked for a light biscuit and they gave the darkest one they had avaliable. Overall dissatisfied with the price and the ranch is now in a container not factory sealed which is nasty in my opinion. The drive thru you talk to a robot so I feel that messes up communication and the employees are not reading special requests 😑, I also noticed an employee with a pink Victoria's secret jacket in over her apron that is nasty and very unsanitary, I gave this place a 2nd attempt within the last 6 months after me and my mother in law and grandmother came in to dine in and restaurant is very run down and not clean, dust in fans and on the baseboards and we were unable to find a clean table and a black lady with a colorful flip over hair do pointed at us and told a young kid go see what they want ..excuse me that is not customer service, so I figured drive thru would be best today for a quick snack for my kid. I will not be returning to york location. I will take my business to the newport location they are more clean and friendlier. Fries were slopped over and very greasy as if they were precooked and left under a heat lamp not fresh out of the grease. Biscuit was not light and was fluffy ill give an A on that but this bojangles needs to step up their game if they want to stay in business!

  This is the cleanest and friendliest Bojangles I have ever been to and I’ve been to many. I went to go through the drive through and had to come inside because I need to speak to a human. That is my only complaint.

  I recently went through the drive-thru and experienced a small issue with the digital screen. Thankfully, a young lady named Sierra stepped in and helped me navigate everything with professionalism and patience. I truly appreciated how calmly and kindly she handled the situation. Overall, the staff is always smiling, welcoming, and very helpful. The service is quick, and the food is consistently served hot and fresh. Great experience!
