  Stopped Tuesday nite for a take out. Staff was fantastic. Had an issue with my order and it was taken care of right away. Lee Lee and crew are fabulous. Will definitely be stopping again.

  I ordered today and yesterday after years of bypassing this place because I saw online there's a new management and customer service is to be better. I received great service yesterday, didn't catch his name but he's a black guy would made sure I had all my sauces, offered me plates, cups, and napkins and really caused me to order again today. There was a different manager today, white guy and the level of customer service no where compared to what I received yesterday. I order the big dinner box that comes with 2 medium pizzas, breadsticks and wings. I paid extra to get cheese sticks and did an additional order of cheese sticks and got 4 extra marinara sauces which shouldve been a total of 6. Gave the manager my name and # for my order and he just handed me the 2 pizzas and wings... so I waited a few seconds and he looked around as if he was ready for the next customer. I informed him that had 2 order of cheese sticks as well in which he responded "oh yeah, they were suppose to get around to calling you but they didnt". So you're telling me, you knew what I ordered, you knew that I was missing food that I paid online for and yet you were willing to just allow me to walk out without saying anything?? I requested a refund in which he rebuttalled that I can get a 2 liter soda.... I informed him that cheese sticks are 7.99, he then offered me 2 2 liters.... I then asked for a refund for the marinara sauces which he completely ignored and handed me 3, I told him I paid for 4 but I just really wanted a refund because the whole purpose for the sauces were to go with the cheese sticks. Even had to ask for the ranch I paid for that SHOWED on my receipt. All in all, I only ordered the big dinner box to get the cheese sticks and really lost out on money because upgrading to cheese sticks was extra and I had sauces that I no longer needed. The manager from yesterday had it ALL together, made sure I had EVERYTHING, and even provided paper products. He's the only reason I came back because I truly thought they had their customer service act together so I was VERY disappointed that today, there was a MANAGER who knew my order was missing food and wasn't going to say ANYTHING about it. Its honestly the principal because I could've had someone else grab my order for me and he failed to do the #1 job of a manager. Effective communication!
