This is by far the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had.
First, I ordered a Blueberry McFlurry, and the staff asked me to switch it to Oreo. I declined and requested a refund, but the employee didn’t know how to process it and told me to cancel the order myself. A few minutes later, they suddenly said they could make it after all. I ended up waiting nearly 20 minutes. When I got back, I realized they gave me the seasoning packet for the new fries but forgot the fries themselves. This is not the first time this location has missed items in my order.
It got worse outside. When I arrived, an employee was using a high-pressure hose to clean the parking area, but there were no warning signs or indication that parking was restricted. I parked in the last spot. When I came back, my car door and window were covered with large muddy water spots. It appeared intentional, especially because when I arrived, the employee was spraying the narrow area between the walkway and parking spaces, and the water pressure did not seem strong enough to splash mud that high and that far by accident. If an employee saw a customer’s car parked there, common sense would be to avoid spraying in that area.
I went back inside to ask for my missing fries and to speak with a manager. One staff member took photos of my car and said she would document it, then disappeared. After waiting again, the store manager finally came out — but instead of helping, she blamed me, accused me of driving toward the employee, and had a very dismissive and rude attitude.
After being ignored in the lobby, I raised my voice to ask if anyone could come to talk to me. Their response? They called the police on me.
Completely unacceptable service. Poor training, no accountability, and extremely unprofessional behavior. Instead of resolving issues, they shifted blame onto the customer.
All I expected was a simple apology and basic customer service, but this location failed on every level.
I am also concerned about inconsistent treatment. While I was waiting, another customer loudly complained and threatened to report the store, yet the police were not called on that person. The different response toward me raises serious concerns about discriminatory treatment, which is deeply troubling.
I door dashed McDonald’s and I ordered a Dr Pepper, salted fries, a Big Mac, and a McFlurry. I got my food and the fries weren’t salted, the Dr Pepper wasn’t Dr Pepper and it was watered down, and the McFlurry was chunky. So I got a free Dr Pepper because the other one was watery and not Dr Pepper but the free one I got was also watery. The door dasher was nice, it was just the food. And mc Donald’s won’t answer their phone, I’ve called them at least 10 times

I got a fish sandwich and a large diet coke. The sandwich was not so great, the diet coke was fine, the cashier was excellent, but the highlight was the dining area--modern, light, clean, and spacious. Conveniently located and restful after a bad day.

Ordered a coffee and two cheeseburger meal through drive thru. We got our meal and were told the coffee wasn’t ready but that we should pull to space 2 reserved and that our coffee would be out in 3 minutes. We waited over 10 minutes out of principle and then went in to check on it. No one came to the counter for over three minutes, and in fact my husband had to call towards the back for service. He explained the situation. The associate turned around and the coffee was there on the counter getting cold. She handed it to him and never acknowledged him…no apology, no thank you, no acknowledgement whatsoever.
