  Once again an order I placed and paid for came without one of the components of the meal. Upon calling this store the manager could not offer me a solution to my issue other than to suggest I try and contact the driver who brought my meal to go back for it. I said that was unacceptable. Unless I am mistaken, the food I pay for SHOULD ACTUALLY BE THERE BEFORE IT WALKS OUT THEIR DOOR. Has nobody there heard of checking an order before selling it. What a shame. Now I will be telling anyone who will listen about the crap service I received from one of your stores. Best kind of anti advertising is ALSO word of mouth. Two thumbs down for unacceptable response to a store error. Won't go to this store again.

  It don’t matter what time you come to this place. The food is stale and burnt ! I came at the crack of dawn 30 minutes after opening and somehow the biscuit I ordered is already stale and burnt from the sausage to the bread. It’s like they’re giving you yesterday’s food. You might as well chew on a tire to get your morning started. This is dog food compared to any other bojagles. I won’t spend a another dime here.

  4/12/26 it’s Bo time this Bojangles was awesome at 7:00 PM the service was great this was a All-Star. team.

  Literally placed a simple order online went 3 times and still got the order wrong I will never go back again
