  The night manger on August 28, 2026 is very rude. Not only was are whole order messed up but when we went inside to tell her she told my wife to "F*ck off"! I got a small coney instead of the footlong like we had order. So never got the footlong in general. Then my burger turns out to look like this when I open it (see pic provided). It was 80% Mayonnaise and the whole bun was covered in it. Don't know why this one location always seems to have issues. I never have any issues with the sonic downtown or in Harbison. Always just this location. Only reason I even keep going to this one is because its 2 mins from my home. Very disappointed with the service and the manger should 100% be fired for the way she talks to customers!

  Tater tots were cold and tasted as they had been sitting a while. Cheese burger came with everything when I repeated twice I wanted no onions and no lettuce. Strawberry Cream Slush was very good only reason for getting 2 stars instead of 1

  This sonic lost my business tonight due to poor service. Me and my GF came through here tonight at 11:50pm, we placed the orders at 11:45. We ended up waiting at the drive through window for close to 20 minutes. This normally wouldn't be a problem to warrant a 1 star, but the burgers we both got had patties that was small, dried out and hard. Normally, they are rather soft and doesnt require much effort to actually eat, but not this time. This caused both of us to loose our appetite despite primarily wanting a burger from here and paying money for the burgers. But on top of that the we got to the window, we didnt get any kind of service till at the end of our time here.

  I pulled up at 1130 am asked for 2 number 1s and 1 number 5. Was told to pull up while my food was being made (after paying) pulled up at 1145 a walked to the front to ask about my food as like 5 other cars had come through behind me. There’s 3 homeless people in the lobby arguing over who knows what. Ask about my food and it was just coming up. Yet the tots were so tough we couldn’t eat them and both number 1s were so cold it didn’t even looked reheated or cooked. Terrible service, unclean environment, food was awful 😞

  They are the worst when it comes to the drive-thru or even one of the pool up parking spots. They're disrespectful when you can't hear them and you tell them that you're hard of hearing. Can you speak up? They get an attitude. Horrible service. Food is okay but horrible service.
