    Asked for no pickles and got tomatoes on it instead? The sonic smasher doesn’t even come with tomatoes

    Not pleased with the customer service went through the drive thru and had a nice girl but another girl got on the mic and had a very nasty attitude then continued to make us wait 15 minutes for food while giving other customers food

    My husband and I went this past Saturday and were left waiting for 30 minutes pressing the button several times. We didn’t even have our order taken yet. The girl put us on a hold and never came back to us. Disappointed honestly

    I'm passing thru and have no clue how long this place has been open. Seems relatively new. The 2 ladies in back was working drive-thru and kitchen, very young lady up front taking orders. All I can say is lady with the blue hair thats supposed to be management, from where I'm from the nicest thing I can say is you're a heifer. You're girl up front was TRYING.. even told you she hadnt been trained and watching her, she clearly hadn't. Girl with the braid in the back, if Miss manager would get out of your way you could freaking rock that place. 45 min after waiting we got the wrong food, it was burnt, then the one they replaced with was still frozen in the middle (hot dog). The food was the least of my worries after watching how you treated someone. Do better and have the day you deserve.

    I work near this location so I had been ordering almost every day for close to a year. In December I had an issue with an employee over charging and arguing with me after I tried to tell her something was incorrect. She continues to hold a grudge for the situation and specifically doesn't speak to me when I'm in there but is incredibly nice and puts on the southern charm for every other customer. A couple of months ago(as of 5/21/26) apparently the management changed and you can definitely tell. The staff doesn't seem to be as on top of things as they were with Nicole as the manager. In the year and a half Ive worked in this area Ive been sitting in the lobby of the sonic for a couple hours some mornings before my shift. Most of the time I do place an order, but of course not every time and it was never a problem until this morning when I was asked to leave if I wasnt ordering. I've always sat in the far corner and minded my own business with headphones and everything. I dont see why all of a sudden things need to change when I'm definitely not the problem in that restaurant. The staff manages rushes poorly, focusing on the drive thru and neglecting the lobby. Most of the staff are not very polite besides Serena if she is still there. After today I doubt I'll be going much anymore because this location has gone downhill.
