  Some of the cashiers are rude and act like they're doing you a favor by helping you. They need to communicate better as a team so that they can get their orders out quickly.

  This place has gone down hill. They replaced the buffet with some old school desk and a remodeled it into an island, while neglecting every other part of the restaurant. Why keep the old style booths and lighting and carpet, without the buffet? They put a fryer in the very front of the kitchen, it's basically in the dining room, and the whole place was smokey and smelled like burnt grease. Not very appealing for a pizza place. I had to order three different times, because three times they didn't have the thing I wanted, or couldn't figure out how to ring it up. None of the employees seemed to know how to do anything. I felt like I knew more a about their products than they did, because when I asked for something on the menu, the first response was "what is that?" All around a sad experience, and I have fond memories of this location. So much for nostalgia, which honestly, is all they had going for them.

  Update : 5/25/26 4:00pm I wanted to get pizza before leaving. I was highly disappointed and dissatisfied with how unsanitary the pizza makers and the skinny Caucasian male manager were being. They were pulling out premade cheese pizzas and adding toppings to them. Pizza usually comes out dry and nasty when using premade pizzas. I ordered extra sauce on my pizza so mines should have been made fresh anyways. When the other worker realized the pizza was a half and half , the manager took his hand and pushed all the one topping , cheese and sauce to one side. No gloves on. Disgusting . Guy didn’t wash his hands or anything. The only pleasant one was the girl taking orders . I asked her can she let them know that my pizza had extra sauce and when she did he did like a very nasty noise as if he was bothered. Also, the young black guy seemed bothered by me watching the pizza be made so he starts watching me and seeing if I’m paying attention to do something to my pizza. I caught him trying to open the side of the oven where my pizza was. I never took my eye off him because he was watching me with the most nasty, disgusting, sneaky look on his face. The pizza is supposed to be made to order. Which they did last time so I was really baffled by the manager ma behavior this time . All the employees were different from the other day. I canceled the order. I wouldn’t come back at all . I don’t recommend. 5/22/26 1:13 pm The pizza and pasta was good. I travel a lot and I will say this Pizza Hut is of the good locations who uses the better ingredients. Trust when I say , all pizza huts do not taste the same . Hot and fresh . I was surprised I did t have to get a refund on anything, at some of the other locations it’s either I don’t end up buying the food or get half my order refunded. I was going going to throw in the towel coming here.
