  I went through the drive through today! Got a snack wrap meal with fries, Dr Pepper and a hot fudge sundae… I went through the line it was fine I was the only one so it was fast, well at first. the lady in the first window was sweet as could be. But going to the second window is where it starts. She hands me my food and confirms with me “a M Dr Pepper” yes I replied and goes to give me my drink. I sit a wait patiently for my last item, My sundae. I wait longer than 5 minutes, mind you I’m the only one in this drive thru at the moment. The lady continues to come back and fourth not acknowledging me, knowing I know she sees me. So I continue to wait I take a sip of my drink. It’s not a Dr Pepper. It’s a Diet Coke…? But I digress I let it go. I’m still continuing to wait for my Sunday at this point it’s hit maybe 10 minutes. Again which is fine I’m a very patient person. But not communicating to your customers That is gonna be a little bit longer? Whatever again I let it go and just continue to wait. I’m still looking at them and they keep going back-and-forth not acknowledging me. She comes back one more time this time she closes the window on me it was already halfway open so I was like OK rude but whatever I let it go maybe three minutes later she finally comes back and she opens the window and I went. “Can I please get my fudge sundae” and she looks at me confused so I said again “can I please get my hot fudge Sunday” and she says “yeah ok” she goes and she gets it. She gives it to me. I leave. I get to my place of work for lunch. I go to take a bite of my first snack wrap. Tell me why the chicken is not Fully cooked.. I let it go. And assume maybe it was an accident. I go to get my second snack wrap to eat on because I can’t eat the first one and tell me why the chicken in that one is not done either?. also wanna put it out there I understand everyone in customer service and I understand people get busy and I understand things happen and I just get it all but in the same boat. It is not OK to be selling uncooked chicken cause now my whole meal is fully uncooked except for my fries. the drink that I asked for wasn’t correct and I also had to wait an extremely long time for my hot fudge sundae I usually never have a bad experience with this place but today was something Different. so everyone just be careful and check your food.

  McDonald's there at Cross roads Mall is very convenient to travelers going down i77in Statesville North Carolina,I love there biscuits they do good fresh biscuits and you can expect a lot of local senior citizens in there to meet to having a gay ole time in the morning hours
