  not to be a karen, buttttt this is definitely something that can cause issues with future customers! my husband normally goes every day & gets the same drink with foam on top. everyone else makes it right, every time! he doesn’t even have to ask for foam on top most of the time because they just know to do it. today, someone we’ve never seen before was there and refused to put foam on it, my husband even said he’d pay extra if needed but she genuinely would not do it 😭! again not trying to be a karen by any means but if someone is paying $5 for a drink, you think they’d get it how they prefer it, instead of being denied :/. 2 stars to whoever the blonde girl with freckles is, but 5 stars to everyone else there who goes above and beyond every time ❤️!

  I visit this location frequently. Jennifer and other members of the staff have always been super friendly. I love that Jennifer not only remembers me, she remembers my order and it does not matter if I order at the window or inside. Love this team!!!!

  Says on the website, Google, and their front door that drive through opens at 5. They had people call out and leave the store a mess the previous night. However, the Manager came out and asked us what we wanted, we told her, and for the inconvenience, we got 4 free doughnuts! Love this place!

  Absolutely awful! I ordered a matcha they made it wrong and then up charged me for cold foam just to not even cover the top of the drink. When I asked for them to remake it, the service was awful and employees were rude!

  Yesterday I was denied service by the manager after she heard another customer outside her store had been rude to me She saw I was visibly upset and took it upon herself to insert erself and then had her employees refuse to serve me. I am a loyal as loyal gets Dunkin customer she and her employees know I'm in there 2 plus times a day. She had one young lady lock the door in my face. Jenn the manager has been rude to me and other employees in the past She talks down to the black employees and the ones she doesn't she tries to control. I tried to have a conversation with Nate who I presume is district. He decided to go back and tell her my name and description and she has been even more rude ever since. He never helped rectify the situation he only helped make it worse. She doesn't need to be representing anyone's business and I do feel what she did was racially charged. I will not stop until she is reprimanded period.
