  Great experience! The staff were very friendly & all the food bins were fresh and full! In recent visits to other locations, I've been very disappointed in the quality of the food...but this was amazing! I'll definitely be back!

  Today’s lunch experience was incredibly frustrating. I received a coupon from Chipotle for a free side of queso, which I was excited to use during my lunch hour. I ordered in person and got what I usually get: a veggie bowl, a side of queso, and a bag of chips. I have had no issues with ordering as such when I have coupons to redeem, until today. The cashier gave me my total and I scanned the aforementioned coupon to no avail. I was asked to scan again. Attempt number two was a swing and a miss, so the cashier asked me what I was trying to scan. I said it was a coupon for free side of queso. The cashier then said “that does not work on the chips and queso.” I then tried to explain that I wanted to purchase the chips and side of queso separately so I could redeem my coupon. The honest to goodness reply I got out of the cashier was “well then you should have ordered it that way.” 🤦‍♀️ I 👏 did 👏 order 👏 it 👏 that 👏 way 👏. I am standing right before you ordering it that way. How else am I supposed to order it differently? I was furious, but I backed down since I am not very confrontational (it took a lot out of me to simply explain how I wanted to use my coupon). I know retail workers deal with a lot of chicanery in their day-to-day, so I am generally quite lenient when it comes to issues in ordering, food quality, etc. And I understand something like this happening in a mobile order if I had selected the wrong thing. But even then, the lack of attempt in resolving the situation was quite infuriating. It is beyond me how that was the response to me trying to use my coupon. I was not trying to game the system, I was not being rude, I was simply trying to use the coupon that Chipotle bestowed unto my Rewards account. I hope no one else has had this type of experience, but wanted to share in case anyone else has had something similar happen. Perhaps I caught this person on a bad day, they weren’t sure how to handle the situation, or they were simply adamant that I was in the wrong. Needless to say, I will not be visiting this location again to avoid this from happening again.

  I wanted to bring attention to a situation that occurred tonight around 9:30pm. The staff handled themselves Very well and gave great service! Unfortunately, there was a very pretentious woman that was giving them a hard time about her request for chips. At one point asking for the worker’s name and stating that she is married to some important person. This type of behavior is appalling and no one serving the public should have to deal with. I believe Aiden was the one she was giving the most grief to and asked him his name at one point. The staff handled everything excellently and professionally. Shame on you lady for acting like you’re someone more important and talking down to them. The way you care for yourself on the outside speaks volumes about why you treat others like you did tonight. Disgusting human being. Go enjoy your Elantra 😆
