  Chick-fil-A continues to stand out for consistently friendly service and dependable food 🍗 The staff are usually quick, polite, and efficient even when the lines are long, which helps keep the experience smooth. The food is reliable and always hits the spot when you want something fast and familiar. While prices have gone up over the years, the quality and service still make it one of the better fast food options around. Overall, it’s an easy go-to for a quick meal with service that’s usually better than most chains 👍

  Great food And service as I've come to expect. Surprisingly a tad messy, but understandable for a Saturday lunch time.

  This was my first time here. The waffle fries weren't cooked enough and were to salty, The chicken sandwich was nothing to write home about but was good. From all the good things I have heard about Chick-fil-A I was surprised by the service. My husband and I both felt like we were a bother to her by asking her to do her job. She even put the wrong name on our recipt. The diet lemonade was amazing! The atmosphere was adorable. We ordered our food to dine in and got a to go order.

  Worst customer service i have ever had at a chic fil a by far. I told the person at the register three times what I wanted and they messed up. Which is fine it happens but after waiting 15 minutes for my order and then finallly getting it and it’s wrong for them to tell me oh but it wasn’t rang in I have to charge you.??? So you’re going to hold me up after YOU made the mistake. Not to mention the manager was too busy screaming at her employees for them to hurry and just clear the screen (rushing through orders, and causing careless mistakes from added pressure) then coming to talk to me and instead having her poor 18yr old employee relaying messages as we’re literally watching them have the discussion and she’s rolling her eyes and giving attitude. Naturally I’m not going to yell at the messenger but wow never ever ever has this happened to me at a chic fil a. 15 dollars for a mediocre salad and you can’t just give me a simple piece of freaking chicken that you forgot to add on. It is the smallest thing to make a customer happy. My husband was already over chic fil a and this location and experience brought me right there with him. Avoid this location unless you want slow careless rude service.

  The drive-thru line is terribly designed. It blocks the people exiting and if you leave space for people to exit like you have to, people are able to come in the other entrance and cut the line. They need to figure out a better way to do this.
