  We had such a great experience, and a big part of that was because of General Manager Ralph Ledesma. From the moment we met him, he was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and takes pride in his business. What really impressed us was that he even took the trash out for us without being asked. It's the little things like that that make a lasting impression. Outstanding customer service is hard to find these days, and Ralph definitely goes above and beyond. He also said we part of the family. Thank you for making us feel so welcome we'll definitely be back!

  About a week ago I was on my way home from the vets office after my 14 yr old dog passed away. I didn't feel like making dinner at home, so I pulled up at Arby's to grab some sandwiches. The gentleman at the drive thru window, Raphael, was actually the BEST employee I've ever dealt with at any food establishment in my life. He was very kind, courteous and appeared to prioritize my order to get it quickly and correctly. He had no idea what I'd just been thru, but his demeanor and attitude really put a bright spot in my day. I thanked him for being so kind and I truly meant it. The world would be a much better place if there were more people like him. BTW, the sandwiches were great. An ample amount of meat even on the singles.
