  An order was placed for a two-piece meal, consisting of one leg and one thigh, with a side of fries.,Unfortunately, the chicken was found to be of poor quality ,It was not up to the usual standards expected from Bojangles, despite being a long-time customer.,The fries were also not satisfactory, possibly due to being cooked in old grease or just old fries However, the manager on duty made an effort to rectify the situation by replacing the meal with tenders, 5 stars to her!

  Very hit or miss. I go early in the mornings sometimes on way to work and I have gone later on weekends and you never know if you’ll sit at drive thru for a few minutes before being greeted or if it’ll be a quick through. I had gone and gotten cold or hard, like they’ve been sitting, no rounds and have had my biscuit hard for same reason and this morning the biscuit is falling apart. Everyone who works at window, for the most part, are very nice but food is not consistent.

  the food is great but they need to fire all the young girls that works up there in the afternoon. they be acting so slow and confused and act flustered as soon as a customer walks in, bring back the old guys that actually know how to take an order of food. we literally walked out because they seemed unsure on how to do their job
