  I ordered an Oreo peanut butter master shake and they charged me extra for the peanut butter. I pointed it out to Jake (I think that was his name) but he just shrugged it off and didn't fully address it. It was good, but if it's on the menu, don't charge me extra for it.

  Was ask specifically if I wanted condiments, I SAS yes please ketchup and mustard she repeated it. Guess what. Yep None. Have a great day.

  I was given cold food. I ordered an all American bacon burger. I was given a cold cheeseburger with cold tots. Check you food before you leave.

  WHAT EVEN HAPPENED HERE. If I could- I’d post a pic cuz the pretzel we received was idk covered in grease or butter or something. It was so soggy your finger squished through it. Absolutely disgusting and dripping whatever it was off of it. Usually im not one to post about fast food- cuz i mean it's fast food. But this is disgusting. I've been to Sonic's before elsewhere and gotten a pretzel stick but lord only knows what happened here. It's a typical Sonic on the outside with the same medium type of service and relaxed fast food ambiance but this is gross. I would’ve rather been told they’re out of them than receive this.
