  On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the best, I would give you a 1.5. The only reason the location didn’t score a zero was that the individual that took my order was pleasant. A great deal might have been better if the staff, and there was a lot of them, cared more about the customer experience than just standing around chatting with each other. Honestly, there is way too many people working there. Cleanliness – almost every tabletop needed to be wiped down or clean of miscellaneous trash. Diet Coke – the carbonation was 25% of what it should be and tasted like flat flavored water – I mean this is Diet Coke from a machine – should be easy. Big Mac – WORST ever – the bun was so stale, and the sandwich seems to have been tossed together – but really with a stale, old bun not sure it mattered. Frys were not cold but not far from being cold, no crisp at all – sad that someone would even put them in the box and bag! Now, we would have said something but left with the bag in hand given the lack of cleanliness and didn’t open the back of stale and poor fries until we would out of the parking lot. Oh, the cheeseburger was fine. My opinion, secret shop your store and uncover the true quality. Yes, you might have good days; but I would imagine that you have more days like today than you think.

  We waited 6 minutes at the drive thru box after being asked to wait. Gave the benefit of very busy( we saw many cars pulling in and stuff) still no one came in so we thought do was busy and said we would go in, there was one car on the day. We went in, there were 4 people waiting and no one in sight. I think the person may have been the only one working. But all the timers were over 8 minutes….. so we left.

  I’ve been here several times and eventually stopped going. In my experience, this location consistently falls short in both service and food quality compared to other McDonald’s. The convenience off I-95 likely keeps it busy, but based on my visits, it hasn’t met even minimum expectations.
