  The people that oversee self checkout watch you like you're a criminal and have nasty attitudes.They give me the creeps.

  Customer service needs improvement. Aside from a few exceptions, staff often come across as unfriendly, which makes the shopping experience unpleasant. After a long day, most people don’t want added stress - this alone makes other options more appealing. I’ve also come across items on the shelves past their expiration date, which is concerning and shouldn’t be something customers have to check for.

  The store and staff are ok, however at the very front when walking in I have noticed a tall, dark skin male with a mask on lurking and then following and watching women around the store. He won't buy anything, he leaves if the woman notices. Be watchful ladies and gentlemen.

  The bakery did a lovely job. And they are time efficient. My only gripe is the online feature is down for custom cake orders. Get on this corporate office or IT.
