On June 2, 2026, around 6:30 PM, I had a very frustrating experience with one of the employees cleaning the restroom. When I arrived, the restroom was closed for cleaning. I completely understand that restrooms need to be cleaned, so I waited. However, I ended up waiting near the restroom for almost an hour because I really needed to use it. During that time, the employee saw me standing there multiple times. Whenever I tried to politely get her attention or ask for an update, she seemed to ignore me and brush me off. At one point, she blocked off the restroom and went to assist customers while I continued waiting. There were also other employees around. Eventually, I could not hold it any longer, so I tried again to speak with her. She appeared to walk away when she saw me, and I had to try again before I finally got her attention. When she finally responded, she told me, in a tone, it would still be a while before the restroom was ready. My issue is not that the restroom was being cleaned. I understand that cleaning takes time. My issue is that I was standing there waiting for nearly an hour, and she never bothered to give me a simple update, even though she clearly saw me several times. A quick explanation would have gone a long way. I have always been respectful to the staff and even left a tip, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. I felt ignored and treated unfairly, and I hope this situation can be addressed so that future customers are treated with better communication and respect.
