Not a pet friendly place. We came inside with our dog just to get in the cool air. We were just going to order and then come back out to our car to eat it. The manager at the time, which I believe is Angela Daniels, threw us out. She made us order and then come back out eat which was the plan anyways. Not pet friendly. Doesn’t seem to be people friendly either as she was very aggressive and loud in her voice. Angela did not have to scream what she said from across the restaurant. She was behind the counter and yelled to have the dog out of the business from behind the counter. There are better ways of dealing with things. It just goes to show that maybe Angela shouldn’t be a manager or needs remedial training to be a manager because she didn’t know how to handle this situation delicately. 👎👎

Long lines of at least a dozen or more with no cashier at counter, but 5 people were servicing drive through. When I complained, I was told "Drive through is our priority. If we don't keep that line moving, we get in trouble." I waited because I used to love Bojangles. That made me cut the love tape into. Done!

This restaurant is horrible! The butter was rancid- I opened 3 different packs. There was hair in the mac and cheese and they had no fries at all! The ice tea tasted like coffee and it took almost 30 minutes to get our food.

Stopped at this Bojangles on the way home from a trip. We waited about 30 minutes after ordering, and had about 4 people in line behind us receive their food. All this time, the restaurant was taking orders in the drive thru no problem. A gentleman who had been waiting to order for about 10 minutes raised concern with the length of his wait and was immediately met with an argumentative tone from the employee behind the counter who said “well we have to get them (the drive thru) through, it’s continuous”, which at least seems true as it’s no longer employees taking orders but their AI system. Clearly the customers in the store are not a priority, which was also evidenced by the lack of cleanliness in the dining room. After another family behind us in line received their food ahead of us. I tried to calmly ask the employee behind the counter from earlier about my food and she said “well we have to go by the order of the ticket and what food we can make” when I pointed out all we ordered was supremes and fries she said “well we have to drop supremes as they’re ordered” and walked away. I didn’t see my ticket and losing patience after being there about 45 minutes with no concern on the whereabouts of my order, I left without receiving my food to go elsewhere. I understand things are busy on a holiday weekend and staff can get overwhelmed but the immediate verbal combativeness and dismissiveness from the employee was unacceptable.
