  This Bojangles at the south are even better since you have more than chicken strips like in Ohio we only have strips. I enjoyed a tight & leg combo and it was 😎. Friendly attention.

  I’ve made two recent attempts to order food from a bojangles, and left without food, the most recent of which happened at this Bojangles today. We pulled up, family in the car, headed on vacation, two dogs and a four year old in tow to a completely empty drive through. We were greeted in the drive through by an AI voice and began reviewing the menu and discussing with our son what he would like to eat. Within one minute of sitting and reviewing, we were addressed twice by staff inside to prompt our order, both of which times we said, we are just reviewing the menu and would order in just a moment. Presumably the manager, was next to come on the box and informed us that they were on a “timer” and if we needed anymore time we would need to come inside and order. There was not another soul waiting to order at this establishment. We left, I’ll take my money elsewhere Bojangles. I’m not leaving two dogs in the car and unpacking a 4 year old to convenience your “timer” at an establishment that is supposedly requesting money to convenience me.

  Very disappointed! Came to get Breakfast and no butter, no salt, no grits available. It was freezing inside and the girl handed out the orders was not friendly. The girl at the register was nice but that’s about it. Normally Bojangles has a great breakfast.

  Hope you have 30 minutes to spare… drive-through “attendant” is now an AI robot who can’t understand Bo-size or ordering 2 of the same meal. Cancelled the order then went inside… should have stuck with the AI. The sass from our clerk Holly went far beyond what a customer should experience. Beware if you’d like a cup of water… they’ll charge you $3. Apparently that’s what the styrofoam souvenir costs. The chicken was very fatty, discolored, and had veins- completely inedible (picture attached). To top it off? A dead bug smushed in the rim of my sweet tea. Wasted $30 for nothing…”Walterboro Bojangles, where your wallet and stomach both leave empty.” We will be reaching to corporate and if they don’t solve this issue, we’ll take it to the “Supremes” Court.
