    Tried to call to place a catering order and they sighed about 20 times until I finally hung up the phone. They’re very rude here. I hung up and called the Salem subway and they got the business instead

    They are the slowest subway I've ever been to. Ive came through the drive thru several times and sat FOREVER and they will make people's food inside that walked in AFTER I've been sitting for 5 minutes before getting mine to me.

    Pulled up to the touch screen in drive thru, tap tap tap tap tap, isn't working. Pull forward, wait behind another car for 15 minutes, then finally the window. Another 4 minutes goes by. The rudest woman I've ever encountered finally comes, I say the order screen isn't working - eye roll, slams window! Instead of taking my order she stomps out to the touch screen, I see her tap tap tap tap tap tap. Comes back, says it IS working but I'll take your order as if I'm requesting her first born and left leg, slams the window again. Minutes go by. I leave, because there's no way in hell I would eat something made by, or even near this person. Nearly 30 minutes of wasted time, and never even got any food. Whoever is the manager, you need to fire whoever was working at 1pm 6/5/26. Absolutely heinous behavior.
