  Ordered a sausage biscuit & coffee. They gave me little round potatoes which were very good! Coffee was not too strong or light. Perfect for me.

  The customer service was Awesome! The chicken was old & hard! The biscuit was cold & hard! I wasn't pleased 😕 💔

  I tried to get dinner from this location. Even though the sign on their door said you could dine in until 10 PM, the door was locked at 7:30 PM. I prefer ordering inside. Reading all the problems on here with the drive thru. I'm even more sure I don't want to use one.

  Bojangles is a pretty disappointing experience overall 🍗 The food is only decent at best, and with the pricing it doesn’t feel like a great value. Service also tends to be slow more often than it should be, which makes quick stops less convenient than expected. The sweet tea is a major letdown - inconsistent and sometimes has an off taste that really stands out in a bad way 🥤 Between the price, service speed, and drink quality, it’s hard to recommend compared to other nearby fast food options 👍

  Burn it down and start again. Two hairs, two separate containers. The AI is terrible you have to yell at it and while I was, the manager came out and looked at me like I was crazy. AI is slow unresponsive and generally unhelpful. I had to leave to go get my coffee because once that same, Manager got on the microphone and started taking my order. She asked me to repeat the order that I had now repeated six times to the AI after I come back because I needed to calm down I decided to try inside if that was any better. They finally got my order of the new four piece rippers and the strawberry pie after confusing it with a combo a combo with a drink a combo with a side, a combo with fries and then finally my order. I don’t even know how many times I’ve ordered at this point I get my food and take it to my car to open it and find a hair in the chicken wrappers. I take it back inside and then make a new one and I go out to my car and leave only to find another hair in my ranch packet. Absolutely disgusting. I am sick. The first time I was there two people came in talking about how they missed their Bo rounds. The lady at the register was in ft with a girl talking about her baby daddy dropping bombs cursing the girl turned her down but kept yapping. Bruh get a AirPod. Management let them have AirPods or kill the phones since they keep ruining these orders what are you doing???
