  Service was great super nice lady. Food was horrible unfortunately. Their menu had items that they informed us they no longer make so not sure why the new owner hasn’t made updated menus. Pepperoni pizza was barely cooked while the other pizza we got was borderline burnt. Salad bar was awful. Lettuce and veggies were slimy, there were chunks of old rotten vegetables and soggy croutons in the dressing containers. Men’s bathroom was covered in feces on the walls and handrails. Will definitely not be coming back.

  This rating is for the one in Union SC Duncan By Pass!! Best Pizza Hut we've ate at...Highly recommend if you are in that area,staff are always kind and service is great A+++++

  Waitress is slow and was here there and everywhere!! On way back wed. We literally waited 45mins to get our drink order! We never got refills until we were getting up to leave, it was too late then..we still tipped 😕

  I get carryout on Wednesday. They have a special called Way back Wednesday where the prices are the same as they were in the 90s.

  Ordered the special. 2 large 2 toppings. I ordered extra sauce, but I believe they thought I said "No sauce." Not good.
