  I ordered original and ended up with extra crispy tonight. It's like biting into concrete. The dark meat was dry. I think it was overcooked. Horrible! Had to break away the skin and throw it out which really sucked. I swear everyone i go they screw up something. I need to learn from that. And the one side i wanted wasn't even offered worth the meal. I wanted the mac n cheese and for some reason it wasn't an option and they sell it. So I got stuck with same taders and gravy as usual. Why can't they get just one order right?

  Slow and inconsistent service makes this a tough spot to rely on for lunch. Orders are often not quite right. I have ordered a four piece meal and received only three pieces, asked for dark meat and ended up with a breast, things like that happen more than they should. The staff is not rude, but they are not especially friendly either. The tacos can also be hit or miss. Sometimes they are fine, other times they come out mushy. It is not bad every single time, but it happens often enough that this place has dropped to the bottom of my lunch list.

  this place has definitely improved since the last time i was here (many months ago) - they were patient and very nice. thank you guys :)

  Awful. Hard shell tacos with basically no meat. Famous bowl had to eat with a spoon because it was so soupy. Luckily the girl at the counter was sweet to us or we would’ve asked for our money back. She’s probably so nice because this place is awful to eat at.
