She has been working mobiles the last couple of times we have been and our orders have been perfect, she always remembers our daughter's drink, and very pleasant! I wish I had gotten her name but major props for great service!
- JAJonny AguirreJun 29, 20262.0I used to go to this Chipotle weekly while on my diet, the staff was friendly and the food well cooked. Yesterday my wife and I stopped in for lunch before grocery shopping. She ordered a bowl and proceeded to order a burrito. The gentleman who helped start the order was pleasant, the lady who finished it was rude and short, as if we upset her for being there. My wife asked for some more lettuce and she barked at her that there was ice in the lettuce thats why she didnt put much on her bowl. If there is already ice in all the lettuce why not just put a handful on at that point? She then checked us out tossed a bag of chips on to the counter and almost forgot our drink. That was the service. The food, dry chicken, ice in lettuce, beans that were pure water, and a stale tortilla. This was the last time I will return to this location, it seems to have declined seriously. Cherrydale has treated us that way, so thats where we will head. Good luck to the TR spot, I hope they fix the issues.

- ASAngel SullivanJun 25, 20261.0Went in today to get dinner for my family no one greated me or smiled I stood there for about 5 minutes still no one looked up one lady stood there in front on me checking the temperature of the food and never said one word not even i will be right with you.There was also a young lady looked like she was holding a training class and never said a word poor customer service at its finest.

I was eating at a table near the front where they make the food and I overheard the GM talking to one of her employees that looked like a minor about how her wife can’t wait to watch her be intimate with another person. I think this should be talked about with corporate. This should not be ok!
