When I was in line the lady who was making my food was VERY annoyed! She was rude, and she she did not have any manners. I asked for more rice ( because she did not put a lot in the bowl ) and she was even more irritated after that. Then I asked for lettuce and instead of saying they were out! ( or checking in the back for more ) She put SPINACH in my bowl! I am highly disappointed! Maybe you should take lessons from Chick-fil-a down the road because they have aura! I love Chipotle but I do not love to be treated like an inconvenience when I am paying for services!

I got there around 4:32 and did not see the orders on the shelf yet so I waited. 10 minutes later, I ask about the order and it turns out its over by the drive thru window. As I go to my car, the attendant thankfully comes out and tells me that is only one of the orders, the other one wasn't even started yet. That's another 20 minutes before that is all ready while the other food is waiting on my car. When I get home, I find out that I was given two black bean orders and not one black bean and one pinto bean order as well as missing the large guacamole altogether. I've got cold food, missing guacamole and pinto beans and very disappointed kids.
