I have been in food service ,starting in fast food to corporate Marriott,
Now to say I haven't been in a Arby's for years till the other day got a pulled pork sandwich, the cashier was very friendly corgel, a young black gentleman was walking by again said helo how are you today,an continued on wiping down, got my meal and was eating he passed by again cleaning tables stocking,short conversation, when I finished I gave him a compliment on how good and fresh the sandwich was,how clean and fresh the store was,just like the Lyman store was,he said thank you ,
My final,word,I spent 28 years with Marriott food service, and I haven't see a clean store like thr Lyman and Travelers Rest store, fresh smell ,clean and spotless, you could eat in the restroom they were so clean,
I am 80 and it makes me feel good to find young man like him and surprisingly find out he is management, his interactions with the employees was smooth and comfortable they wanted to work with him not for him,
