Slowest service ever and still can’t manage to get your order right. More training or something is much needed

I love the 7 brew stand and staff at the Travelers Rest, SC location. They are always fast and friendly even during peak hours, and they always put a smile on my face.

The young ladies that worked the drive thru this afternoon were very attentive, kind and professional. This place is only a drive thru so it was nice to have good staff moving up and down the cars taking orders and even sparking up conversation. The coffee was pretty good, strong enough to enjoy without being harsh. I like that I can order it extra hot! The price was comparable with other coffee specialists. We will be back.
