This was one of the strangest dinner experiences I have ever had. The food was very good. The price point for the portions was more than fair. But the service was horrific and it wasn't the servers fault. 4 of us went for dinner and it took 3 hours to complete our meal. The place wasn't full when we arrived and while it filled up, it wasn't ever packed. But it took forever for drinks to arrive. The entrees took a ridiculous amount of time. The desserts topped them all. After 40 minutes waiting for desserts, which should entail cutting a piece of cake, only one of the 2 we ordered arrived. Again, good food, nice portions, polite server but the longest dinner on record. Living in Charlotte, there was no reason to go to a Tega Cay golf course restaurant where everyone seemed to know each other. Problem solved, no reason to ever go back.

Wonderful anniversary experience. Great food service drinks and dessert. Absolutely loved the Tuna Poke nachos
As first-time guests, we were really excited to try the food, and the kitchen certainly delivered—the St. Louis style pizza was fantastic. Unfortunately, the service made for an unwelcoming first impression. We sat at the bar for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. After getting our first drink, we were told to "just raise a hand" if we needed anything, yet off-the-course golfers could walk up right beside us and get served immediately. It was hard to shake the feeling that regulars got priority over new faces. Great food, but the tiered service means we won't be back.
I have eaten several good meals here
Last Monday I tried to enter the bar just after 4:00pm and it was totally closed. Have hours/days of operation changed?

My husband and I visited this location expecting the same great experience we've always had at the Pineville location. Unfortunately, that was not the case.
From the beginning, the service was disappointing. It took quite a while for our waitress to return to take our order, and throughout our meal, she was difficult to get her attention. My husband had to repeatedly say "excuse me" just to try to get her attention so we could pay our bill.
While the food itself tasted good, my meal was not what I ordered, which added to the overall disappointment. My husband's meal was correct, but the poor service overshadowed the entire experience.
I was truly shocked because we were expecting the same level of service we've received at the Pineville location. Sadly, this visit fell far below those expectations. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to this location. I sincerely hope management addresses these issues so future guests have a much better experience.
