We just had the worst experience ever. I have never been treated with such disrespect on the phone when I called about a completely wrong order. Normally, I would drive back up there. But I’m disabled with heat like this. I tried to explain nicely that to the lady on the phone nicely and she replied i would have to bring the food back up there. I tried to tell her my bf who drove us was now going to work and I could not medically do it for my health. I could take pictures and do whatever they need but I am medically disabled more firmly. The phone hung up.
Tried calling and no one answered until the 4th time. When picked up I was told they “had to change the batteries in the phone.” She continued to claim they completely remembered our order and had done it right and said we had ordered wrong, calling me a liar. I was in the truck when he ordered and I’m VERY aware of what he orders because he’s a guy (haha) and I’m specific in my diet for medical problems. He did order what I asked (I had to ask him 4 times) I nodded my head hearing him. She asked if the order looked right. To me (not an employee) it seemed okay. They were busy, so asked to go around, we did, and tried not to hold the line up by sitting there checking every item and he had to get to work. When we got home both of us were extremely angry. ALL our items were either wrongly made or not the right thing even. Money is tight and he wanted to treat me before work because I can’t get out much. It was completely ruined and I was so I humanely disrespected, all recorded on the call.
I then asked for her district managers number. I was told to wait one moment, and I could hear in the background her commenting on how horrible I was and laughing “I got this”. She claimed he was there listening but refused to speak to me and I have to come back up. The whole time in the background I heard her disrespecting me and calling me names with her coworkers. I then asked for the next manager up which is my right, and she game me an HR number. It led me to nothing.
Getting out once already gave me issues but I wanted to enjoy a meal… and it was ruined completely. To be interrupted, talked crap in the background to get coworkers, lie and call me a liar, and not having the intellect to find a solution of a unique problem is unacceptable for any human being. This store needs a whole new team of this is how the “General manager” talks to a customer who has disabilities.

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION, and drive extra miles and go to a different location. They went 3/3 times on messing up our order. They either forget to make and put items we ordered or mess up the item we ordered, and they forgot the most basic thing which everyone orders, the sauces, the last 2 times, and didn’t put a single packet of sauce in the bag. The even worse part of our experience was the stale food they gave us last two times.
We ordered last Thursday there Mexican pizzas, where the tortillas were that stale, that they were not at all consumable and we had to throw them away, and we made sure to give them a call atleast regarding it, and they did offer to remake the order for the next day since we were not able to go back that day, and we did not even go back the next day to get the remake or the refund.
I ordered again today, and let them know at drive thru about what happened and not even hoping for free food, just to make sure we get good food, and they told me to order inside, and I ordered on the kiosk, so there should be no issue technically of getting incorrect food. But they messed up again, they got me the wrong nuggets, didn’t give me the dipping sauces I ordered, matter of fact, they did not even put a substitute sauce, so I had to tell them that and then they gave me 2 sauces. And I ordered almost 20 different sauces, and they put 0 in the bag, 0. I could not try the food there, and I wish I should have. When I got home, both Mexican pizzas were stale again. So I called to complain, and they offered a remake or refund, and said even for a refund I have to come there. So I had to drive back to get a remake and burn more gas, and they didn’t even give a refund on food which should be made correctly the first time. This time the food was eatable, and the reason behind it was, firstly according to them, there employee messed up and misplaced the tortillas for Mexican pizza and some other stuff, and they were using the wrong tortillas, which is still not acceptable as it had the same taste as last week, so they were serving all there customers wrong tortillas for their orders, and whatever they use this tortilla for is still anyways stale. And the part where I caught them when they remade my order was that, they know there tortilla is stale, cuz they literally used a different tortilla, either the Crunchwrap tortilla or different one to make the Mexican pizza this time, cuz it was different in size and color and thickness, and they denied that part.
They started getting mad, angry and disrespectful when I asked for refund because I had to drive there again, and started denying the fact they she told me on the phone to come there for a refund. Not just the employees even the managers were disrespectful. I literally had to walk out because one of the managers, started scratching her head and was about to get aggressive as she increased her tone. I wish I recorded them, so I could post that too, but if Taco Bell corporate or someone in a higher position sees this, please try pulling a video from there camera inside, we went around 8:30 pm on June 2
