When you walk in you aren’t greeted nicely, the older lady at the front counter always greets you with a rude attitude and rolls her eyes constantly while you are trying to speak! This is my second time coming in and being greeted this way!

Placed an online order today for a hand tossed cheese pie and the crust was hard. The cheese was also really dry. Pie looked like left overs from the day before. Melts were decent. Very disappointed.

The Pizza Hut in Taylors hasn't been good the last 2 times I have been there. Both times my husband got a pan pizza & we both got sick, both times. This last time, I went to pick our order up on my way home. The manager came up front to ring me up. She was not very friendly. She didn't smile or say hello, nothing other than to ask the name. Idid ask if she was the manager & she said yes. I did tell her that she needed to be a little bit friendly. Anyway we will not be back & we have not ordered from Pizza Hut since.
