    The staff is always so friendly and acts like they enjoy making your drink. I have enjoyed anything I ordered. They probably need a little better signage because they are kind of tucked away, but I guess that is good for me without having to wait in longer lines.

    Service was great but my coffee was not good. I got a salted caramel latte and the flavor they used just tastes so artificial I can barely drink it. I have had Dutch bros before (at a different location) and it has been good in the past so idk if it is just the drink I ordered or what.

    Got a oatmilk lavender latte and it was good, but nothing I would write home about. The walk-up style of ordering was interesting but honestly I'd rather go through the drive through next time. My friend got the chorizo wrap and said it was really good. The workers were super nice! Seemed happy to be there.

    I am sorry to say this, but the coffee is not good. Dutch Bros just recently came to this area and I’ve been frequenting the mauldin location since it opened and every time I’ve gone, I’ve had a great experience. I’ve been to this location twice now. A week apart and completely different employees both times. Yet both times my coffee tastes terrible. It tastes like milk and sugar in a cup. I get the same exact thing from the mauldin location and it will taste great and like an actual coffee. It’s like this location brews the lightest weakest coffee. I don’t get it, but because of 2 bad experiences here, I will not be coming back for some time. I left 3 stars because I genuinely feel bad for leaving this review (I did give them 2 chances before reviewing) and because they are very nice and efficient. I don’t fully understand the parking situation at this location either. It’s 1 way in and 1 way out, but the out is at the end of the drive through, so even if you do window pick up, you still have to go through the drive through to leave? Doesn’t make sense to me. Hate to say it but these might be the reason I was the only person there at 8:30 am on a Sunday when the maudlin location has 2 lines out into the road at 8:30 am on Sundays. I’ll give them another shot in a month or two and if the coffee actually tastes like coffee, then I will update my review.
