THEY MADE ME WAIT 30 MINUTES OUTSIDE, TELLING ME "THEY WERE COMING RIGHT OUT, WERE WORKING ON IT " WHEN THEY HADNT EVEN DROPPED THEM IN THE FRYER....... I asked for a refund to which the manager said " they would be out in 2 minutes we normally don't start serving bo bites until 10:30" ?!?!?!?!??! THEN WHY DID YOU TELL ME AT THE DRIVE THROUGH THAT YOU WERE SERVING BO BITES !??!?!?!?!?! AND THEN TELL ME TO MY FACE "THEYRE WORKING ON IT NOW" ?!?!?!?! Just tell the truth that you aren't serving bo bites right now and I would order something else ? Never going back. If they tell you it will be a few minutes just assume they mean 45 to an hour !! Also while I was inside there was 1 other person who had to come back after leaving and get a new sandwich made because it was poorly prepared.... on top of that 2 people came in to order and were never even greeted or helped and they just LEFT !!! Lord help this Bojangles 🙏
- YAYaGal AliceAug 28, 20261.0Just was here and got a chicken sandwich meal with cheese as the only specification and a steak biscuit by itself from the drive through, when I made it home I excitedly open my food to realize my steak biscuit is missing the steak in it and my chicken biscuit with cheese is so badly covered with mayonnaise that when you remove the bread from the top all you can see on the buns and the sandwich is white, I did not ask for extra mayonnaise and the sandwich is so covered in it it's pretty much impossible to eat and enjoy. Definitely not the classic Bojangles experience I was expecting and that I'm used to, was way to expensive considering the quality respectfully not going to this specific location ever again.

All I ordered was a Cajun Filet Sandwich and Dirty Rice. When I pulled up to the window I was told that they were still cooking the food and to pull up and they would bring it out “in a couple of minutes”. It took more than a couple of minutes to get the food out. When I got home all they gave me was a biscuit (without the chicken that was supposedly still cooking when I pulled up to the window). I won’t be going back to this location again.
