- ADAshley DavisJun 20, 20261.0I visited this new location around 11:45 a.m. and ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese combo, a Cajun biscuit combo, and a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit. As soon as I pulled up to the drive-thru window, all of my food was already sitting there waiting. That immediately made me question whether it was fresh. I asked the employee at the window for honey mustard, ketchup, and grape jelly, and her attitude was noticeably unpleasant. She appeared visibly irritated simply because I requested a few condiments. With the drive thru order being taken by an automated system, the workload is already reduced compared to traditional fast-food operations. Having worked in fast food myself when I was younger, I understand the demands of the job, which made the interaction even more disappointing. When I got home, I realized my order was incorrect. Instead of receiving one Cajun biscuit, I received two. Both biscuits were clearly not fresh they were dry, hard, and seemed as though they had been sitting for quite some time. I had high expectations for this location since it is new, but unfortunately, this experience was very disappointing. Between the poor customer service, inaccurate order, and stale food, I will not be returning. Management should focus on hiring employees who value customer service and take pride in their work.
