  I got a cheeseburger from this Sonic the other. Almost about to finish my burger and I found a bread pick in my sandwich.

  Bought 2 drinks from them and I was very disappointed. Mango peach and Berry refresher. Neither one had the taste I was expecting. Berry was more water and a slight touch of berry I could barely taste. Mango was awful

  So today I ordered cheeseburger With ketchup and lettuce only. Of course it came all the way. . On the wrapper was the ticket stating ketchup and lettuce only. I also ordered an M&M blast. It was made with vanilla and strawberry ice cream. It takes someone with a special talent to screw up am M&M blast. I don’t think I’ve ever been to this location and had an order right. I swear, I’m simply aghast at the way my order was screwed up tonight. I also had to pull to the side and wait on it. What a joke!

  I’ve been going ti this location regularly for years, always happy with my experience until the last year or so. Lately they’ve had very slow service when I order through their app for pick up (sometimes waiting 20+ minutes for a few drinks), getting orders wrong more often than not, and overall poor customer service. Very unsatisfactory experiences with them lately.

  Poor service!! We had to pull forward and wait only to receive nasty old grease tasting Fries and tots 🤦‍♂️ Terrible experience!! Manager did nothing !!
