  The staff is nice, but the orders are wrong too frequently. I put such emphasis, and still somehow, my order is messed up. I am gonna wait a while until I come back. The staff likely needs to rotate out until the quality improves.

  we ordered about 8 milkshakes the other night, 2 corndogs and 2 orders of small mozzarella sticks. I understand that is a lot of shakes but it took them 40 minutes to get our order out and they were not that busy. The most frustrating part was that every milkshake was unmixed. They all had the toppings just sat on the top. The reeses ones were the worst with only 3 mini reeses sitting on top of a vanilla milkshake.

  Went to sonic today and ordered a 44 cherry limeade and a number 1 meal with tots and 44 oceanwater slush. Team was really fast and very friendly.young lady at the windows was a Rockstar. Great service and awesome team. We'll done ✔️

  Ordered Powerade slushies and was given water slushies with a dash of Powerade (see photo). When I asked the manager what happened to the slushies, she looked at me as if she had no idea, I said this is not a blue Powerade and she said this is what the 'machine put out' and refused to remake.

  Tuesday afternoon around 4:30, I purchased a corn dog, cheese tots, onion rings and a chicken sandwich. My entire order was cooked in old oil, I squeezed brown burnt cooking oil out of all my items. My corn dog wag dark dark brown and so greasy it was so disgusting. My onion rings and chicken sandwich were the same way. It was very apparent that the food was cooked in very old cooking oil and had been sitting in the oil for a while it was so disgusting! I spent $16 on this food and had to throw all of it away except the tater tots were salvageable. I am so angry and disappointed at this Sonic location! I will not go back!
