  I’d give this location 3 out of 5 stars. The chicken Alfredo didn’t have enough sauce and seemed overcooked. The breadsticks were good, but customer service wasn’t the best.

  This is now my third issue with this location, and I’m beyond frustrated with the service I’ve received. The first time, my delivery arrived late. The second time, my pizza order was missing toppings. When I called about it, I spoke with a manager who said he was from New York and assured me he would put my name on a list for a complimentary pizza. However, when I returned a few weeks later, no one knew anything about it, and no manager recalled the conversation. Tonight was the final straw. My pizza was half cooked and limited chicken topping only on half the pizza when I requested the whole pizza. I ordered 18 bone-in wings but only received 12—and one of them wasn’t even bone-in. When I called to report the issue, I was told to come back to pick up the missing wings. After driving back, I was handed exactly 6 wings, which should have been included in my original order to begin with. At that point, I would have rather stayed home and taken a refund, especially considering the cost of gas. This repeated pattern of poor service and lack of accountability is unacceptable. Unfortunately, this will be my last time ordering from this location.
