  An hour and a half after my $206 was accepted for payment, a new "verification" process sent an unexpected email which I missed, my order was cancelled, and we're out our $200 grocery money for 7 - 10 business days (2 weeks). My billing address is different from my delivery address, as it has been during all prior purchases, thru their site. I'm super disappointed the Ivory Tower is allowing this to happen to their customers.

  I never had any issues at this location until recently when the self-checkout machine basically accused my son and me of trying to steal. Multiple associates came over and watched the recording on the screen and clearly saw that we were not stealing or attempting to steal anything. But did it end there? No. They continued to stand around and watch us the entire time while we finished checking out. I have never felt so embarrassed or disappointed in a store before. Since that incident, I’ve returned to this location twice, and both times someone either approaches me or stands nearby while I’m using self-checkout. It’s obvious what they’re doing, and it’s insulting. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I will not be treated like a criminal just to buy groceries. I have never stolen anything from anyone or anywhere, and I have absolutely no reason to. I’m honestly sick of companies forcing customers to do the work themselves at self-checkout and then turning around and treating them like thieves. If you’re that concerned about people stealing, then take the machines out completely and hire more cashiers.

  Noone is answering the phone, in deli. So I called the manager. She put me on hold and did not come back to rhe phone. I wait for ten minutes. Been calling them back all day. I need to postpone an order due to the bad weather. Please pick up the phone!!!
