  I don't understand how a company with the infrastructure and training capabilities such as Dunkin Donuts could possibly allow a shop to operate with completely untrained people working behind the window. Even after repeating the order back to the customer three times they still managed to provide an incorrect order where both the drink and the food were completely wrong. This is the fifth time I've come to this Dunkin and every single time I've had trouble, I gave you the benefit of the doubt because I figured you were training new people and you had to work out the Kinks but you are Dunkin' donuts. You're not some small Mom and Pop shop that just started last week, you're all over the world you're in every state you've been doing this for decades. Train and manage your staff like the multi-billion dollar Corporation you are. Smdh.

  The ladies at this specific Dunkin are always on point. My order is always perfect and they deliver with a smile and great attitude. One time the line was so long, as expected, that the employee walked the coffee outside to me in line. I also appreciate that they stay on top of all of the national Dunkin promotions. They are truly the best Dunkin in the area thank you.

  I would avoid going here. We got the world's saddest donuts. Stale, crushed, and not great. Wasted our money.

  It’s a brand new Dunkin and the people they have working in there are very sketchy. I ordered bacon and it was so burnt that I couldn’t even eat it And the coffee was disgusting. They will be closing very soon despite them just opening. I don’t see them there long if they keep the same people working in that establishment.
