  Coffee was lukewarm and full of coffee grounds. Out of glazed munchkins by 8:20 a.m. Hash browns were burnt and tasted like they were reheated from the day before.

  This place is so rude. I was trying to place an order lady told me to drive around when I did only thing she done was stood there eating her sandwich and stared at me like I did something wrong. I waved my hand and all still no service. I don’t recommend this place to animals!! Horrible!!

  When it opened food, service was great. Something happened and it all went to crap. Always out of stock, food burnt, service poor. Sad to say I have spent my money there for the last time.

  Staff seems apathetic and were out of multiple items of what i ordered. Gave me a coffee cake donut that was ROCK hard. I have yet to be impressed with any of the Dunkins in Sumter. Starbucks customer service is way better and on point. Maybe Dunkin should use their model. I wont be back, and I was a die hard DD girl.

  Put a order in with the app. Just so when I get there for them to say they can't make my order. Told me to call to get a refund. When I call they say someone will call me back. Still no refund or drinks. Don't go unless you want your money stolen.
