  May want to remind your staff about customer service & what "hot mic" means. Saying "this guy so stupid" on the mic was a complete turn off to ever coming here again. I was asked what I wanted, I then proceeded to say my order 2 chocolate glaze, 1 Kreme, 1 chocolate with sprinkles & 2 glazed. "This guy so stupid" "did you want a half dozen? It's cheaper" "yes I said 6" "no you didnt" I then repeated my order and was given more attitude when I grabbed my order. Don't bother coming here, scooters should have stayed. Much better service.

  Went there this morning food was horrible this isn’t my first time eating there , it was ok the first few time the sandwich was good but the hash browns were burnt , today vistit every thing was bad the sausage egg and cheese croissant was burnt the hash browns were burnt and cold as if it’s been sitting for a while 🤦🏾‍♀️ employees always seems as if they don’t wanna work don’t greet you or anything , and you have to ask multiple times for ketchup

  I don't understand how a company with the infrastructure and training capabilities such as Dunkin Donuts could possibly allow a shop to operate with completely untrained people working behind the window. Even after repeating the order back to the customer three times they still managed to provide an incorrect order where both the drink and the food were completely wrong. This is the fifth time I've come to this Dunkin and every single time I've had trouble, I gave you the benefit of the doubt because I figured you were training new people and you had to work out the Kinks but you are Dunkin' donuts. You're not some small Mom and Pop shop that just started last week, you're all over the world you're in every state you've been doing this for decades. Train and manage your staff like the multi-billion dollar Corporation you are. Smdh.
