- RWRene Walton3 days ago1.0This is the most unprofessional place I have been in while living in Sumter. No regard for customer service. Took 20 min for them to realize that we were still waiting on our coffees. We had to reorder and have them make the rest of our breakfast. One girl came in short shorts and a crop top with her bf and went behind the counter to make her own drinks and grab donuts without ringing anything up. The employees started talking about drama in the workplace right after she left and then someone got on the phone to talk about the girl who just came in. This is all whole we are standing in the lobby alone waiting on our coffees. We won't be back!

- BCBrittany Cheek-ValdalisoApr 21, 20261.0I have tried to contact Dunkin multiple times about this location's service and the issues of orders being messed up or going "missing", even though the money from my in-app order has been charged to my card. Long story short, the owner seems to be MIA; they can't keep workers, and they overwork the ones who are trying their best. The owner was there one morning and made remarks about someone who called out of work and was complaining in front of customers. They run out of stuff constantly, but you would think they would have a good idea of what to order more of. I have also seen where some workers are treated worse than others. I definitely would not recommend this place.
