Rice wasn’t cooked, black beans were bland, and my “chicken” quesadilla had no chicken. It was all cheese, even though I paid extra for chicken. Guacamole was fine, but the rice wasn’t even edible. Complete waste of time and money. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me, either. I’m just done with chipotle at this point. Highly don’t recommend. The only good thing about the food is that it was relatively cheap.
- KKKyraOct 3, 20262.0it was my first time at this chipotle after traveling, and the workers made a terrible first impression! tried to start ordering my food and one of the workers basically ignored me to talk to another worker, then turned to me again, and i had to repeat what i asked for because they obviously weren’t listening…second, i started asking for corn, cheese—then oh? she just walked away without telling me anything..she could have at least announced that she was going to get a refill, instead of just walking away unannounced! i wasn’t even finished talking! She came back and i had to repeat what i said again…then i asked for guacamole and her response? “We ran out of guacamole😐”……most deadpanned expression EVER. she looked like she didn’t want to work there..i would understand if it was busy or something but nope! Just three people in line! very bad first experience and probably won’t be coming back here..

Chipotle notoriously has large burritos and mine was the smallest “burrito” I have ever seen. Did I do something wrong? Size of the bowl I ordered for comparison.
