- VKVeronica KivetMay 11, 20261.0Had the worst experience here on Sunday. Waited in the drive through for 45 MINUTES for 3 bagels and a sandwich. They don't even put the cream cheese on the bagels anymore, so you can literally just put them in a bag. When we got to the window, a girl leaned out twice to apologize for the delay, but gave no explanation. If we hadn't already paid we would have left. There were literally cars honking behind us because they were going so slowly. Then when we got the bagels, two of the bagels we did not want toasted were toasted, and they were all just thrown in a bag, not even wrapped, sloppily on top of each other all burnt. They also did not give us any cream cheese for the bagels. I did let the girl know our order was incorrect, so it was another 10 minutes to get new bagels and cream cheese (cc is also an extra charge and we were given none at first). You could not pay me to go back to this location, a long long wait for overpriced hospital quality food.
