  Sat at the drive thru for 10 minutes they didn’t even come to the intercom and google says you’re open until 2 this is exactly why I go to the one in Knightsville shut Jedburg down they don’t want to work

  If you're going to make me sit in the drive thru for half an hour, the least you could do is put my food under a warmer so it isn't cold when i get it.

  Soon as I walked in all I could hear is oh no our lobby closes in 5 minutes. There was already like 10 people waiting. Then the girl bagging the food kept saying our lobby closes in 2 minutes they got to go they got to go over and over. I ordered on the kiosk. Very simple meals the mcdouble 6 dollar bags. I got my food. Had to ask multiple times for cups. Was checking food before I left fries was cold i asked the woman for fresh fries she said lobby is closed and they take 3 mins to cook you will have to go through drive thru to get them. I also seen a roach while going to the restroom. I will NEVER go back to this location

  Employees are rude. They clearly hate their job. I can’t stand when I’m greeted at a restaurant with an attitude. It’s like don’t work there. If you don’t want to. but the requirements of the job are to be at least decent. This girl taking my payment was on her phone swipes my card and then sit it down on the counter and then starts texting, which almost makes me feel like she was taking pictures of the card. Not a good look.

  Overall I had good experiences at this location. Staff are usually helpful, but the last 3 visits in a row have given me some issues mostly with my orders being completely wrong, or not served at all. Strangest experience I've had was today, which didn't upset me but moreso just confused me. I ordered a spicy MC crispy with extra pickles and sauce. I waited 10 minutes before I walked in and asked them about my order. They were very quick to bring out my food, but I immediately noticed they left off the extra pickles and sauce which I paid for. I politely asked for the pickles and sauce, and they decided the best option was to take a chicken nugget box and fill it with sauce? I was really confused by this, so I asked a second time to just get a replacement. They replaced the sandwich without any issues. Overall this experience just confused me, food was excellent. 👌
