  we waited for about 20 minutes for our food and when it came out the fries were thrown around and it was cold the nuggets were soggy and squishy and we were missing a cheeseburger. When we asked for the cheeseburger we had to wait another 20 minutes for a cold slack ass cheeseburger. Why wait 20 minutes for a COLD SLACK ASS CHEESEBURGER? WITH ONE PICKLE ON IT!

  The girls at the drive thru were absolutely rude, a girl named Emily ignored me on purpose, refused to take my order and another girl slammed the window on me. So after being stuck in the drive thru for 20 minutes, I had to go inside, supervisor tried to make it right but these girl were still totally disrespectful and it seemed like a few were bullies to everyone. I actually felt sorry for Emily's coworkers having to deal with her bad attitude.

  Let's just say McDonalds is meeting my do not visit list unless necessary very fast. Arrive after placing a customer order for a double cheeseburger meal extra onions and ketchup because of my long time obsession with the Monopoly game. Arrived and no customer service welcome, my husband called by another name as the cashier either mistaken him for someone else in the car with me or couldn't understand the mobile code we gave 3 times. Hands a ripped up receipt and closes window. Get to second window to get food only to have to again reconfirm my order for the umptenth time. Get home less than three miles down the road to a burnt nasty burger as seen in the picture that I paid $11.00 for. Less than 10 years ago a double cheeseburger meal was $5, but to pay $11 for a large meal to get disgusting food and horrible customer service shows me the more importance of cooking at home. McDonald's in Jedburg do better because this is horrible and a disgrace!!!

  I was greeted at the window by a young lady wearing light blue hair and a bad attitude. When she opened the window to hand me my food I met her with pleasantries, but when she realized I was still parked she looked out the window with disgust but I was waiting on my drink she had forgotten because I'm assuming they are supposed to check the ticket to make sure it's correct and complete. She then handed me my drink with an attitude and after pulling off I quickly realized my order was incorrect with the food so I drove back around and another young lady said pull to the 2nd window which they NEVER came to and left me sitting there almost 14 minutes smh I was disgusted at that point and just left. I will NEVER stop at this location again and I've also advised EVERYONE I know as well as my media followers of the ill service and less than professional behavior at this location. Worst experience EVER!

  It makes no sense that when they ask for the code and you tell the wait while I get it and they tell you they are going to the next line a didn't come back took the next 2 cars and thought I wasn't going to drive ahead and had the nerve to tell me to drive around and wait again..so I drove up and the manager looked lost then asked what was I going to order...I told her I would just go to another store...
