  If i could give a minus score I would... .waited in drive through line for apppx 20 minutes....my order was wrong....had to go back through again....this time I was totally ignored at window. I tried calling to speak to store manager and every time i called the young man answering the phone tried to ack like he couldn't hear me ...funny no one else was having that problem. All of this for a medium coke.....the customer service at this particular store is always bad, but today was ridiculous.

  Aftet waiting for 45 minutes in the drive thru, mind you there were only 4 people ahead of me, I asked the manager what was up with the extemlly long wait? He replied , "we are always like this at this time of night but we make your food fresh" what a lie. Fried were ice cold and soggy, the burgers were cold and disgusting, I looked in and the kitchen was an absolute disaster 😫, there were three employees just standing around doing nothing. All ordered was two McDonald's meals and I what I got instead was McWhack!! If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely the worst experience Ive ever had at a McDonald's period.

  I had got my food it took about almost 2hours and 30 minutes for it to show up at my door I went to get it and I opened my food before one of the little stickers that’s there was off of it, my food was cold and my burger had pickles on it I rlly can’t eat pickles and I have them on my burger after it says no pickles extra onions mayonnaise and I was expecting like ketchup and mustard no there was nothing but that on my burger and some places my burger is pink I would like someone to take this to consideration of someone should do something about this im not pleased what so ever

  I was waiting for 3 hours for my food, the night manager who they call Rell have the nerve to say that he was going to make my food last. And I’m not feeling good. I sat there and watched as the cars backed up out the drive thur. The other guy came out the restroom on his phone and he started cursing. Terrible terrible horrible awful service.this happened may 6 2026 around 11-2am 1520 N.Main Street Summerville sc.

  I am baffled at the people who work here, i can’t begin to imagine how it takes an hour to get a six piece out. if you’re taking the drive through you better have a movie planned out on your phone, because you will be sitting for thirty minutes at least. wanna go inside? also gonna be waiting in a huge line. this isn’t a rare thing either, it’s normal. food also comes out cold and uncooked half the time. honestly, whole thing needs to go
