  Worst McDonald's ive ever been to, literally waited 15 minutes at the speaker with no response, people were going around me so I decided to pull forward since I just had a mobile order. I pull to the first window, nothing. I pulled to the second window just to be told I had to go around again because "its not ready." I pulled around although the line was double the length it was when I pulled up originally. I waited ALMOST AN HOUR for my mobile order of a big Mac and fries. I finally get to the windows again, the lady hands me my order without a smile, and not a word from her. No "have a good night" nothing. At this point I was already really upset but the deadpan "get outta here" look the lady gave me pushed me over the top. After all that, no surprise, my food is ice cold. Worst McDonald's ever. Dorchester needs better. I will NEVER order here again and corporate is getting a call tomorrow.

  Massive line behind me in the drive through it’s 9pm. 6 workers walking around and just filling up drinks for when customers get to the window. I only order a McDouble fries and a small drink. Crazy how no one is able to knock that out when they are just standing around. Is it just one cook? Who’s ever operating that location? It’s wasting so much money having six people fill up drinks and one person making the food driving past an hour later there’s still a long line.

  Tonight I went through this McDonald’s drive‑thru and was told they were only serving DoorDash and other app orders for the rest of the night. This is very frustrating when it states on google that it is a 24 hour restaurant. The even more frustrating part was they were Not taking in‑person customer orders at the drive‑thru, even though they were still pushing food out the door for Door dash app based customers. SMH... I worked at McDonald’s when I was a kid and Customer Service used to matter; this location clearly cares more about app orders than the people who actually show up to support them. Every visit here in the last year has been slow and frustrating, and this was the last straw. I won’t be returning with my kids and I’ll sure to tell others to spend their money elsewhere.

  My son and I went here after a concert on the night of April 29th (or technically the early morning of April 30th around 12:30am). I normally wouldnt review a McDonald’s but this location did a spectacular job on getting a fairly large order accurate and fresh. Shoutout to the workers on that night for doing an amazing job. It hit the spot!

  I don’t usually leave reviews but today was different. Came in and the place was a disaster. It looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in hours. Trash overflowing and trash on the floor throughout the entire store. The food was okay but it was cold when we got it after waiting 15 mins plus. The staff was rude entirely. They were making fun of people and not talking to the customers. I asked for sauce that was missing and cups and waited a while I asked for it and it was just “what”s in a rude tone and silence the other half of the time. In the play house the music toys weren’t working either. Went to order ice cream and the lady kept complaining I was up there but I don’t want to order ice cream for it to melt by the time my toddler is done eating. She decided to talk to her coworkers loudly about me because she was upset I constantly asked for things but I asked for what I was missing. Why give someone ice cream with no spoon. I ordered sauce and got no sauce it was just one thing after another. There are ants in the play area as well
