  I would never visit this McDonald’s ever again . I’m starving from not eating all day due to their incompetence. I ordered a plain quarter pounder with only American cheese and I get a burger with pickles , onion , and ketchup, the pickles and onions are whatever, but the ketchup cannot be removed and would forever plague my appetite. I’m so utterly disappointed in this establishment, as I’ve been a steady user for years. I cannot believe I’d be betrayed like this and have to write this review for a place that felt like home. Have a nice night, and please improve before others have traumatic experiences like mine.

  I just moved into the cane bay area and this is the worst McDonald's ive ever been to. I've been here countless times and not a single time have they gotten the order correct. One mistake is one thing but every time is not okay. I am usually missing 2 to 3 items and always have to check my bad before I pull away to make sure I am getting what I paid for. The staff is not very friendly either.

  Place my order today and got my order and this is a fifth time i did not get my nuggets with my daily double and no help from the staff

  Every single time I come here they get my order wrong without fail. And every time I have to tell them to fix it I stand at the counter for 5 minutes until I can finally get someone's attention to come help. And the workers don't ever even say anything, no apologies just literally silent. One time I had to have them take my burger back three times because they couldn't figure out all the items that come on a deluxe burger. This place SUCKS.
