- GHGiovanni Hawkins2 days ago1.0I got there and told them my name for a pick up order. And I sat and waited for 30 minutes no exaggeration. I then went up to the counter to ask if my order was ready and they looked for it and gave it to me. (It’s been ready). I know for a fact they didn’t call my name because I saw people who were after me get there orders. Plus I was at the table right across the counter. Then I check the fries and they are cold. Because they have been sitting there for so long. My mom and siblings were waiting for the food and we all had work and school the next day so I figured I would call them and ask for a refund or a discount on my next order and their phone goes straight to voicemail. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Great choice of music, clean bathrooms, food was fantastic, fries seasoned well, the fresh cut potatoes were uniformed, burgers were cooked perfectly, service was quick, we were greated as if we were all friends. For the 2 of us we had food in less than 10 minutes. Or U can sit outside behind the building under a covered sitting area view of Carnes Crossroads.

The one thing I an disappointed to see is that they are following the trend of many fast food restaurants to kiosk ordering. You can pay cash at the counter once your order is complete, but you can't order at the counter. The burger was great, and the people were courteous!

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
