Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls. While our crew members do all they can to avoid it, there is always a risk of cross-contamination. Please review our nutritional, ingredient and allergen chart for the most accurate information.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

I made a mistake on my app and chose the wrong location for pick up and even in the busyness of their BOGOBURGER promo the entire staff was accomodating, friendly, polite, helpful and went above and beyond to make my experience and food order right. I was not going to pass up the opportunity to praise them! They were exceptional! Easy five stars to Five Guys! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had a super traumatic loss within the past few days and tonight, I stopped by for a simple fix to something we’d grabbed for our neighbor and the manager was remarkably kind. I hope corporate sees this and knows that that particular manager who worked around 7:30 pm on Wednesday, 9/16 goes above and beyond to offer a stellar customer experience. Given my past week, his kindness was priceless.
